Dr.austin @ forhealthchiro.com A growing Health and Wellness center located in Warminster, Pennsylvania, has an immediate opportunity for an elite Rehab & Wellness Assistant who understands the intricacies of exercise science and can provide top notch support to our clinic and community. The HOURS are Monday Wednesday Thursday 2:00pm-7:00pm Friday 8am-12:30pm, 2:00pm-5:30pm Our goal is to wrap the morning and evening by 12:30pm and 7:00pm, however there are times we will be here until 1:00pm or 7:30pm. You must understand people's time and be able to help manage both theirs and ours. You MUST be ok with being on camera on a regular basis as we film many complex cases for educational purposes. This opportunity is ideal for an ENTHUSIASTIC and creative self-starter who has a passion for Health & Wellness and requires functional training or rehab responsibilities. You will provide unwavering support to the doctor and rehab coordinator by guiding patients through their strength and mobility programs, posture programs, monitoring their progress, and educating on wellness best practices. As the Rehab & Wellness Assistant , you will showcase your outstanding interpersonal skills as you liaise with VIP patients, professionals and collaborate with multiple levels of management and staff. The position will start as temp-to-perm, but could possibly start as a direct hire if we find the right individual. 22+ hours to start. Required High school diploma/GED at minimum Knowledge in personal training, exercise science, or rehab-adjacent exercises Comfortable being filmed regularly for educational content Strong verbal communication — patient-facing, liaises with VIP patients Willing to complete HIPAA training and sign a confidentiality agreement Able to learn ChiroTouch and Rheo quickly; fast, accurate typing while listening Basic familiarity with SOAP note structure (Subjective/Objective/Assessment/Plan), or ability to pick it up fast Comfortable and professional handling sensitive patient information during live exams Availability matching the schedule as posted: M/W/Th 1:30-7:00pm, Fri 8am-12:30pm & 1:30-3:30pm Preferred Bachelor's in exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, or related field A personal training, exercise science, or rehab-adjacent certification (NASM

CPT, ACE CPT, NSCA

CSCS, or similar) Prior experience in a chiropractic, PT, or rehab clinic setting Prior medical scribe, medical assistant, or clinical documentation experience Experience with posture/mobility program design or corrective exercise Familiarity with chiropractic terminology (subluxation, ROM, ortho/neuro test names) Experience with any EHR system Social media / content creation comfort CPR/AED certification Forward your resume as an attachment along with your cover letter in the body of the email, explaining why you think that you may be a good fit.
