On-Site Support Provide occasional in-person group or individual sessions at the clinic. Assist with fitness assessments and integration into clinical care plans. Monitor participant progress and adjust plans as needed Clinical & Team Collaboration Collaborate with dietitians, health coaches, and providers to reinforce treatment plans.
