Rehab / Therapy Assistant Myrtle Beach SC Full-Time or Part-Time | $30/hr | Great Benefits We are seeking a motivated Rehabilitation / Therapy Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Myrtle Beach, SC. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of human anatomy, exercise, movement, and basic therapeutic techniques who is interested in being trained in our rehabilitation protocols. Candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds, including physical therapy assisting, exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, rehabilitation, chiropractic, or a related field. Responsibilities Assist patients with prescribed therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, balance, and functional activities Help guide patients through rehabilitation programs and exercises Assist with therapeutic modalities and treatments as trained Monitor patients during exercises and communicate progress to providers Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation Work alongside Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals Receive training in our specific rehabilitation techniques and protocols Qualifications Familiarity with human anatomy, exercise, movement, and basic therapy principles Background in exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, physical therapy assisting, rehab, fitness, or a related field Ability and willingness to learn our rehabilitation practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working directly with patients PTA, Personal Trainer, Exercise Science/Kinesiology graduates, Rehab Aides, and similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply Outpatient orthopedic, rehabilitation, fitness, or chiropractic experience is a plus Schedule & Pay Full-Time or Part-Time $30/hour Benefits Health, dental & vision insurance (FT) PTO & paid holidays (FT) Continuing education and training Supportive, team-oriented environment If you have a background in anatomy, exercise, fitness, or rehabilitation and are looking for an opportunity to learn and grow in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting, apply today!
