The ideal candidate will work closely with children with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans to promote positive behavioral changes. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles, medical documentation, and the ability to assess patient needs effectively. Responsibilities Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans for clients based on their specific needs. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting clients in various environments. Work with individuals with disabilities, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through targeted interventions. Requirements Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities!
