Job Description

We're looking for a compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about helping individuals with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential.
As an RBT, you'll provide direct, individualized ABA therapy under the guidance and supervision of experienced BCBAs. You'll build meaningful relationships, teach essential life skills, support positive behavior change, and celebrate progress alongside your clients and their families.
You won't just clock hours—you'll change lives.
What You'll Do Implement individualized ABA behavior intervention plans. Teach communication, social, and daily living skills that promote independence. Collect accurate data to track progress and guide treatment. Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based behavior strategies. Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, families, and caregivers. Communicate client progress and support consistency across home, school, and community settings. Maintain HIPAA compliance, accurate documentation, and professional ethical standards. What We're Looking For Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred. Knowledge of ABA and behavioral intervention strategies. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others. Ability to work in home, clinic, school, and/or community environments.
