2:00•6:15 PM BehaviorCare Therapy Looking to pick up flexible part-time hours to supplement your current job or school schedule? This could be the perfect fit. We're hiring Paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes during afternoon and evening hours. As an RBT/BT at BehaviorCare Therapy, you'll be working directly in the homes of families, providing 1-on-1 support to children with autism or developmental delays. Your job is to help them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence — all through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your patience, energy, and creativity can make a lasting difference. Every child is unique, and you'll get the training and support to meet them where they're at. Why This Role Might Be a Great Fit for

What You'll Do:
Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA) Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet (don't worry — we train you how to do this) Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective — you're never doing this alone Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!
Requirements:
Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism.) ABA experience a plus! Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus) Reliable transportation
