Help a child and their family learn social behavioral skills and home life skills who has developmental disabilities in the afternoon afterschool. Provide 1:1 care, and assist with behavioral therapy.

Duties:

• Work 1-to-1 with an assigned child in a family's home.
• Implement interventions to support the child in reaching language, social and home life goals.
• Implement a behavior plan to reduce challenging behavior.
• Record data collection to inform the success of treatment plans.
• Implement behavioral therapy techniques to help child develop positive behaviors.
• Meet with and receive ongoing training and support from the clinical supervisor.
• Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Required Experience:

• Experience working with children in any setting for at least 1 year

Required Academic Need:

• HS Diploma or higher
