Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients process their trauma and develop coping mechanisms that encourage healing. Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care aimed at optimizing patient outcomes. Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring timely support is offered. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
