Job Description

Behavior Technician (BT) - ABA Therapy Sunny Behavioral Solutions is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and clinic settings.
What You'll Do:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA Collect and record session data using an iPad Support skill development (communication, behavior, social skills) Communicate with supervisors and caregivers as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred or in progress) Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to sessions Availability for afternoon sessions (most cases are after school) Responsible, consistent, and able to commit to a stable schedule Experience in ABA or childcare is a plus (training provided)
Important:
Consistency is critical - cancellations and frequent schedule changes are not acceptable
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
