Licensed Therapist - LMFT or LCSW Part-Time W-2 | $75 per Clinical Hour + Private-Pay Opportunities | Flexible Schedule Who We Are Social Coaching Club, Inc. is an established, therapist-owned group practice providing mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. For more than 15 years, we have focused on providing thoughtful, high-quality clinical care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Both of our owners are practicing therapists, so clinical care—not corporate metrics—is at the center of how we operate. We are intentionally not a high-volume "therapist mill." We are a boutique practice where clinicians are known, supported, and valued as members of the team.

Our goal is simple:

we provide the referrals, administrative infrastructure, billing support, and credentialing assistance so our therapists can focus on being therapists. About the Position We are seeking California-licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs)who want the flexibility and autonomy of private-practice-style work without having to manage the business side of running a practice. This is a part-time W-2 positionwith a highly flexible schedule. Therapists create their own availability and may provide in-person, hybrid, and telehealth services based on clinician availability and client needs. We provide referrals and work with new clinicians to gradually build their caseload. Once established, clinicians are expected to maintain approximately 20 or more clinical hours per week, with additional opportunities available for therapists interested in maintaining a larger caseload. Compensation Standard clinical sessions are compensated at $75 per clinical hour. Licensed clinicians may also have opportunities to provide designated higher-fee private-pay services under a 70% clinician / 30% practice split. These opportunities may include our extended private-pay couples and family therapy sessions, currently offered at $300 per 90-minute session, resulting in $210 in clinician compensation per completed session. Private-pay specialty services are an additional earning opportunity and are separate from the clinician's regular insurance-based caseload. Availability and volume of private-pay referrals are not guaranteed. What We're Looking For Current California LMFT or LCSW license in good standing Ability and desire to maintain approximately 20+ clinical hours per week once caseload is established Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and reliability Timely completion of clinical documentation and practice requirements Comfort working with a diverse client population Willingness to participate in insurance credentialing and paneling as needed Interest in being part of a collaborative, therapist-owned practice Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families is especially valued, as is availability to provide some in-person services. Having your own private practice does not automatically exclude you from consideration, provided there are no conflicts of interest and you are able to meet the clinical commitment of this position.
