We are a 24-hour residential treatment facility that specializes in addiction and dual-diagnosis. Statements of Purpose The therapist fulfills direct service, including individual, couple/family and group psychotherapy, consultations, and crisis intervention for weekday and weekend treatment. Major Task, Duties and Responsibilities Knowledge of drug and alcohol dependency, mental health, family systems, and 12 step/recovery resources in the community. Maintain appropriate documentation as required. Conduct assessments of clients at the time of admission and re-assessments as required. Conduct mental status examinations. Provide appropriate diagnoses and treatment recommendations based on a review of the client's history, signs, and symptoms. Provide individual, couple/family, and group psychotherapy as needed. Ability to demonstrate respect for the cultural and lifestyle diversities of clients and staff. Crises intervention services, including 5150 determinations. Treatment Planning. Group Facilitation. Individual Therapy Trauma-informed therapy Participation in Case Conference Reviews/Treatment Team Meetings. Provide Utilizations Reviews as required. Knowledge of current legal standards pertaining to professional practice, reporting requirements, professional boundaries, and related issues. Minimum Qualification:
