The Role As an Clinician at Seedling and Stone Therapy, you will carry a caseload of individual therapy clients (children, teens, and families). This is an excellent position for a new therapist seeking consistent supervision, diverse clinical experience, and a supportive small-practice environment where your voice matters and your growth is prioritized. What You'll Do Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and families using child-centered approaches Maintain a caseload of up to 15 individual therapy clients per week Complete timely clinical documentation in our EHR system Participate in regular individual supervision with the Clinical Director Collaborate with school staff, parents, and outside providers as needed Uphold
HIPAA/FERPA
compliance and all applicable ethical and legal standards Participate in team meetings, trainings, and culture-building activities
What We're Looking For Required:
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program Registered as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) Passion for working with children, teens, and families Strong clinical writing skills and ability to meet documentation deadlines Comfortable working independently in a remote/telehealth environment Reliable internet connection and a private, confidential workspace Valid Mandated Reporter certification (or willingness to complete upon hire)
Preferred:
Experience or training in child-centered modalities Familiarity with CBT skill-building approaches Experience with electronic health records (EHR)

Individual Therapy:
50% of collections per session (~$97.50/session at $195 rate)
Weekly individual supervision provided by the Clinical Director or a licensed Clinical Supervisor — at no cost to you
