You'll work one-on-one with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism, while helping them build communication, social, daily living, and independence skills. Schedule & Availability Applicants must be available to work between the hours of 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Actual schedules may vary depending on client needs and location. Saturday availability is optional and may provide opportunities for additional hours. This position is ideal for candidates looking for consistent afternoon/evening hours. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents in home, community, school, or other approved settings Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies to help clients reach their goals Collect accurate data during sessions and document client progress Communicate professionally with supervisors, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team Participate in ongoing training and supervision Help create a positive, engaging, and fun learning environment for each client Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children is preferred Experience working with children or individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, special needs, behavioral challenges, childcare, education, tutoring, coaching, or similar settings is a plus ABA experience is not required for the right candidate Must enjoy working with children and be patient, dependable, energetic, and willing to learn Must be comfortable working independently with clients while receiving ongoing supervision and support Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned client locations Must be available between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM Monday through Friday Why Join Growing Minds?
