Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic modalities and demonstrate a commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of our clients. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children, families, and individuals facing mental health challenges. Responsibilities Conduct individual, family, couples and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and needs. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with relevant regulations (48 hours). Utilize evidence-based practices. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Engage in personal development training to stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment. Apply ICD-10 coding for diagnosis and treatment documentation. Attend individual and/or group clinical supervision. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Active California BBS registration as an
AMFT, ASW, LCSW, LMFT
Familiarity with
DBT, CBT, EMDR
counseling techniques is a plus. Experience working with children and families is highly desirable. Strong skills in medical documentation and familiarity with ICD-10 coding standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. A commitment to ongoing professional development and training in mental health practices. Bilingual Spanish Approximately 15-29 completed client sessions per week for part time, 30+ for full time Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends, with availability during peak hours, particularly 2:00 PM-6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pay:
$30.00 - $70.00 per hour
