About us Afternoon Hours Beautiful Minds Center is built on a foundation of hope and commitment to help children and families affected by autism and other related development disorders. Our mission is to provide children and families with high quality and personalized techniques tailored to each child's specific needs in order for them to reach their fullest potential. We are excited to fill openings for behavioral therapy positions! Opportunities span from in-home, in-school and virtual ABA therapy. Applicants do not require formal training or experience, but are preferred to have a background in psychology, social work, education or related fields. This is fantastic hands-on experience for recent graduates and those looking to invest in a career working with children.
Hours:
Part Time position mainly afternoon hours from 3:00pm -5:00pm Monday -
Friday Job Responsibilities:
Implement programs based on ABA principles that increase communications, self-help and play skills Manage inappropriate behaviors Keep children motivated to learn Provide intervention in home and community settings Participate in trainings Complete clinical and administrative tasks (data recording, session progress notes etc.) Communicate confidentially and professionally with behavior analysts, supervisors, families and company principals
Qualifications:
High School diploma or higher At least 3 year experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities Experience and knowledge of basic ABA principles and methods Passion and enthusiasm for working with children Previous work experience with children
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance Must be willing to drive to client's homes and/or schools Must pass TB and fingerprint clearance Must have good references

Part-time Salary:
$23-$29 - Completion of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate, or willingness to enroll and complete RBT certification with Beautiful Minds Center.
