Compensation Pay Range:

  • 80,000 Per Year Description Seeking a Clinician for a full-time position in a long-term residential behavioral health program serving adolescents and young adults.
The role is fully onsite in Killingworth, CT, with a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday. The Clinician will engage in individual, family, and group therapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 6 clients Experience in providing individual, family, and group therapy Comfortable working with young boys and adolescent girls Strong trauma-informed clinical foundation Experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, substance use, or mental health preferred Willingness to work in a fast-paced, higher-acuity environment Receptive to feedback and eager for professional growth Qualifications LPCA, LMSW, LMFT, or pursuing relevant Connecticut associate licensure License verification through the Connecticut eLicense system Clinical supervision available to support licensure-hour requirements Experience with youth, substance use, or mental health is acceptable Early-career, energetic, and eager to develop clinically Comfortable taking ownership of caseload and responsibilities Full independent Connecticut licensure is not required
