Individual supervision and group consultation are central to clinical operations and professional growth. Our excellent support staff provide credentialing services, intake scheduling, highly efficient billing, and other administrative support as needed. Furthermore, Greenwoods is an approved HRSA site for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program. Greenwoods is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to work in our outpatient practice. Mental health clinicians at Greenwoods are responsible for maintaining high quality care and timely documentation. One-to-one weekly supervision and group consultation are essential components of the work. Successful candidates will be motivated to contribute to a positive, ethical, and respectful work environment by upholding company mission, vision, and values. The position reports to a clinical site supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

Hold a caseload of clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries. Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate. Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients. Regularly meet internal audit standards; including but not limited to; up-to-date progress notes, intake assessments and treatment plans and meeting referral timeline requirements. Perform 3-5 intake assessments per week. Perform 25 individual sessions per week (inclusive of assessments). Based on intake assessments, refer clients to a provider in our network that best meets their needs. Prioritize client/clinician fit above all else. Participate in weekly individua supervision. Attend weekly clinical and monthly all-staff meetings. Arrive on time and participate for the duration of all obligations, including: client sessions, supervision, clinical meeting, all-staff meeting. Present at least one case study every six months at clinical meeting Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals and contribute to a positive culture that fosters integrity, respect, and a commitment to providing high quality care. Qualifications:

Master's Degree or Ph.D. in related field Active DPH license: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Ph.

D. LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA

will be considered 2 years providing therapeutic services in an outpatient setting preferred Proven competency in writing progress notes, intake assessments, treatment plans, and collateral documentation in accordance with employer standards. Experience working with EMR and telehealth software. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and other electronic systems. Compensation:

The starting salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 for associate level clinicians and $65,000 to $72,000 for professionally licensed clinicians. Greenwoods offers a bonus program after this first six months of employment.
