Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Behavior Therapist to work out of one of our Approved Private Special Education Programs (ALL Academy) in Stamford, CT , providing services to children who have been outplaced to our program due to social, behavioral, and/or academic needs.

Our Ideal Candidate:
High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field strongly preferred. 2-3 years of experience providing direct support to children with disabilities. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills and a collaborative approach. Our Behavior Therapists enjoy working with a fun team of dedicated professionals to support children with a variety of needs. $37,400- $47,840 per year, based on education and experience
