Baptist Medical Center is looking for a compassionate and experienced Art Therapist to join our Pediatric Behavioral Health Unit at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a Full Time day shift opportunity. This Art Therapist will be meeting with groups of 10-14 patients providing Art Therapy, as well as meeting with new patients for assessments. As an Art Therapist , you are responsible for: Providing art therapy to patients in behavioral health settings Facilitating group therapy and assessments with inpatient pediatric population Leisure assessments on a pediatric behavioral health inpatient unit. Utilizing the expressive process through art, meditation, journaling, and other techniques to enhance the emotional, behavioral and physical well-being of children and adolescents
