Position Summary:
We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Group Facilitator to lead educational, psychoeducational, and support groups for clients in our behavioral health/substance use disorder programs. This is a per-dem position with a flexible schedule-perfect for professionals seeking supplemental income or varied hours.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate mental health and substance use disorder groups using evidence-based practices
  • Lead psychoeducational and coping skills sessions tailored to client needs
  • Accurately document group content and attendance in client records
  • Communicate pertinent client information to the clinical team
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards and confidentially laws
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment Skilled in group dynamics, documentation, and trauma-informed care Dependable, professional, and culturally competent Ability to work a flexible, per diem schedule
Preferred:
Experience in a residential or outpatient rehab setting
