Regional Management Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team! Responsibilities:
Mental Health Therapist Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults. Collaborate with the clinical team to develop personalized treatment plans. Assess mental health needs and establish effective therapeutic interventions. Maintain detailed case records in compliance with HIPAA and company standards. Ability to complete clinically and grammatically correct documentation. Create a supportive, non-judgmental environment for clients to express their concerns. Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals, educators, and community resources. Provide crisis intervention when necessary. Work along with referral sources and the Regional Management Care team.
Qualifications:
Mental Health Therapist 2 years of clinical experience in mental health therapy (required). Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Valid and current license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). Strong passion for working with both children and adults in a therapeutic environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
