Licensed Mental Health Therapist Ormond Beach, FL $55-$60 per clinical hour + paid administrative time Full-time and part-time opportunities And Then There Is You (ATTIY) is looking for a licensed therapist to join our Ormond Beach team. We're looking for someone who is already independently licensed in Florida and wants a place where they can focus on being a therapist, build a caseload that fits their strengths, and have a team around them to handle the administrative side of running a practice. We're not looking for one particular type of therapist. Some of our clinicians love working with children and adolescents. Others prefer adults, couples, families, trauma work, anxiety, life transitions, or other areas of practice. What matters more to us is finding a good clinician who cares about their clients, is dependable, communicates with the people around them, and wants to be part of a team. What working at ATTIY looks like You'll provide outpatient therapy to clients who fit your experience, training, and clinical interests. We don't expect every therapist to work with every population. If you already have an area you love, we'd like to help you continue developing it. If there are populations you don't work with, that's okay too. Our administrative and intake teams help with the pieces surrounding your clinical work so you aren't expected to manage everything yourself. And because we know your job doesn't end when a therapy session does, required administrative time is paid separately from your clinical hours. Compensation & Benefits Licensed therapists earn $55-$60 per clinical hour .

You'll provide therapy, complete assessments and treatment plans, maintain your clinical documentation, monitor client progress, coordinate care when appropriate, and participate in consultation with the clinical team when needed. Beyond that, we're looking for someone we'd genuinely like to have on the team—someone who does good clinical work, follows through, communicates when they need something, and wants to work somewhere they can stay and grow.
