Mental Health TherapistOverview NeuroLift is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy services to patients experiencing a variety of mental health conditions while collaborating closely with our psychiatric providers and clinical staff. At NeuroLift, our goal is to provide comprehensive and innovative mental health care through an integrated approach that may include psychotherapy, psychiatric medication management, TMS, Spravato®, and other behavioral health services. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and goals. Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and other appropriate modalities. Conduct crisis assessments and interventions when clinically appropriate and coordinate higher levels of care when necessary. Provide in-person and telehealth psychotherapy services while maintaining patient privacy and HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with NeuroLift's psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, medical providers, technicians, and administrative team to support continuity of care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required records within the EHR. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans and therapeutic interventions as clinically appropriate. Maintain compliance with applicable federal and Florida laws, professional licensing requirements, ethical standards, and NeuroLift policies and procedures. Qualifications & Experience Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Current and unrestricted Florida professional license appropriate to the services being provided. Previous experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient, behavioral health, psychiatric, or similar clinical setting preferred. Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy practices, including CBT and trauma-informed care. Experience with mental health assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and clinical documentation. Experience supervising registered interns or other behavioral health clinicians is strongly preferred. Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and telehealth platforms. Strong understanding of HIPAA, professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and clinical documentation requirements. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary psychiatric and behavioral health environment. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and clinical judgment skills.
