Job Description

McGill Counseling is seeking a licensed mental health therapist, LSW/LCSW and
LPC/LCPC
with a passion for helping others. Our ideal candidate has experience using a range of evidence-based therapies to help clients overcome mental health issues. As a therapist at McGill Counseling, you will work one-on-one with clients to provide individualized, evidence-based care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual therapy using evidence-based approaches to help clients overcome a range of mental health issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
Active license as a mental health therapist in Illinois Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for helping others and commitment to evidence-based practice Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
