We provide compassionate, trauma-informed counseling in a collaborative, supportive environment. Our practice is especially known for its strength in child and adolescent mental health , while also serving adults and families.
Clinical Focus Caseloads typically include:
ADHD Anxiety & Depression Autism Spectrum Disorders Trauma & PTSD OCD Child Therapy Adolescent Therapy Responsibilities Provide outpatient counseling for children, teens, and families Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and our internal team for coordinated care Document promptly using provided EHR templates Participate in peer support groups and supervision (especially valuable for provisionally licensed staff) Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (required) Active Illinois license: LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LCPC (required or license-eligible) Experience with children/adolescents (preferred minimum 2 year) Strong diagnostic, case-conceptualization, and communication skills Availability for afternoon/evening appointments preferred Benefits W-2 employment (no billing responsibilities) Medical & Dental Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with employer matching Group supervision & consultation included Technology reimbursement support and full administrative staff Consistent client referrals and a team-centered culture Schedule Monday-Friday, 5-day work week Day and limited evening hours available Professional Growth We are committed to helping clinicians deepen their expertise.
