  • Full-time CST Academy is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve in our clinic and therapeutic day program located in Wilmette, IL.
This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about working with autistic children and children with related developmental delays. We are looking for a BCBA to provide assessments and clinical services to autistic children ages 2-5, while overseeing a team of exceptional RBTs. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists, feeding therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications:
Minimum two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities Prior supervisory experience Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others independently Strong communication and writing skills Minimum of a Master's Degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst® Previous experience administering skill-based assessments Benefits include: We offer a competitive compensation package, professional development reimbursement, generous mileage policy, 401k, paid vacation, great health insurance, parental benefits, and much more!
