We will handle the rest. Kilgore Counseling is seeking a warm, engaging therapist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families. This position offers the flexibility of private practice with the support and stability of W-2 employment. Kilgore provides referrals, a private furnished office, a laptop, reception and scheduling support, insurance verification, billing, and collections so you can focus on your clients. Position Highlights Part-time W-2 employee $45-$60 per completed clinical session, based on licensure and experience At least 10-12 hours of consistent weekly availability Flexible schedule selected by the clinician Some after-school or early-evening availability required Opportunity to build a caseload and potentially transition to full time Required non-session work compensated separately Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field Current Kentucky license or eligibility for Kentucky licensure Experience working with children or adolescents Fully licensed clinicians preferred Clinicians working toward independent licensure will also be considered Supervision may be available for the right candidate Experience treating ADHD, anxiety, behavioral concerns, trauma, mood disorders, family conflict, or parenting challenges is especially valued.
