What You'll Do Deliver psychotherapeutic interventions to individuals and families with emotional and behavioral disorders. Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop initial discharge plans. Lead individual, group, or family therapy sessions aligned with treatment plans. Develop and revise treatment plans based on assessments and patient progress. Document therapy services accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records. Manage a caseload and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings. Provide services in inpatient or outpatient settings as needed. Assist with case management, discharge planning, and aftercare coordination. Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a patient-centered approach. Address patient concerns and work to resolve complaints, prioritizing patient safety.

What You Need Required:

Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Services State or national licensure as a therapy provider or eligibility for licensure CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification
