Role:
The Lead Licensed Therapist will provide individual and group therapy to clients dealing with addiction and/or mental health challenges. Our approach is empathetic, motivational, and collaborative, encouraging clients to take responsibility for their healing. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, ethical care.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver individual, and group therapy sessions Educate clients and families on addiction, mental health, and recovery Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision Coordinate care and referrals as needed
Requirements:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Active LMHC or LICSW in the State of MA 1+ years of post-grad clinical experience Strong understanding of mental health and substance abuse and co-occurring disorders Familiarity with IOP/PHP Professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to support recovery Why NuLife?
