Through the use of evidence based therapy, we address behaviors that are socially significant for the individuals. Behavior therapists work 1:1 in the home, community, or center-based setting following behavior intervention plans and treatment plans designed by the

BCBA/LABA.

Full-time positions available in the Framingham locations. Job Description Work directly with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home, community, or center-based setting Collect behavior data, skill acquisition data and session notes each session Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and treatment plans as developed by the

BCBA/LABA

Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality at all times Work collaboratively with the family, supervisor, and other therapists on the case Qualifications Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Individuals with a high school diploma or Associate's degree with relevant experience are encouraged to apply Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel up to 20 miles from the office locations in Framingham Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a background check Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Benefits Competitive hourly rates are offered based on degree and relevant work experience Flex Spending Account 401K Retirement Plan with employer match On the job, paid training RBT 40-hour online training course
