The Opportunity Freedom Health Treatment is seeking a full-time Therapist to join its clinical team in Framingham, Massachusetts. This on-site, daytime position provides the opportunity to deliver compassionate, individualized care to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions within a supportive, recovery-oriented treatment environment. The Therapist will utilize evidence-based and holistic approaches to help clients strengthen coping skills, address underlying challenges, and work toward sustainable recovery and long-term well-being. What You'll Do Provide individual, group, and family therapy based on individualized clinical needs and treatment goals. Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention, as clinically appropriate. Support individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions across Freedom Health's outpatient continuum of care. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress toward established clinical goals. Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation consistent with professional and organizational standards. Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote coordinated, client-centered care. Requirements Required Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. 3-5 years of experience providing behavioral health services in a clinical treatment setting.
