Job Description

In-Home Part-Time Behavioral Therapist - Natick, MA Competitive pay at $20-$25 per hour based on experience The hours you would work with the upcoming client: Client schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 4pm-6pm/5pm-7pm or Tuesday & Thursday 4pm-7pm (6 hours/week) What makes us different from other companies: We are a mission-driven ABA company, founded by a parent and a BCBA with over 20 years of experience. Behavioral Technician Responsibilities:
Conduct and implement 1:1 behavior support and ABA treatment as outlined in the client's treatment plan Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles and teaching procedures Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and clinical supervisors
Behavioral Technician Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass CORI and abuse registry checks Reliable transportation Experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, in childcare, or in the field of ABA is preferred Punctual, communicative, and dependable Must complete 40-hour online training prior to placement on a case Cover letter strongly encouraged to highlight your interest and experience
