Responsibilities

Monday- Thursday 11 AM
- 7 PM, Friday 9 AM

Associate/Provisional License:
$65,000- $75,000 a year (DOE)
Fully Licensed Clinicians:

Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans centered on client needs.
- Provide parent coaching and maintain consistent family communication.
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with Maryland regulations.
- Collaborate on discharge planning and outcome tracking.
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of care.
- Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical culture that values compassion and results.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following:
LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT
(Associate/Provisional)LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT
(Fully Licensed)Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of clinical experience in an outpatient, IOP, or PHP setting.
- Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
- Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families.
- Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with outcome-based treatment planning and assessments.
- Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding. Benefits
