RBT / ABA
Therapist - In‑Home Services
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday 5 PM to 8 PM
START ASAP!
Make a meaningful impact supporting children with autism and developmental needs. You'll use ABA strategies to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and help kiddos grow. What You'll Do Implement ABA programs and follow the child's treatment plan Support daily living skills (ADLs) Collect simple session data Communicate with your BCBA and team Keep documentation accurate and organized What We're Looking For Candidates must be active RBTs or eligible to be hired as new BTs and begin the RBT certification process right away. Experience with children or special‑needs preferred Reliable, communicative, and compassionate Comfortable working in‑home and following structured plans Join a team that values support, teamwork, and making a real difference.
Pay:
$23.00 - $31.00 per hour
