Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Ada, MN | Full-Time | $62,400-$85,000 per year $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Join our Outpatient Mental Health team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families. We are seeking a compassionate therapist to provide person-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Licensed therapists and qualified Clinical Trainees are encouraged to apply. Clinical supervision is provided for eligible trainees. What You'll Do Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Complete mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed. Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, schools, and community partners. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Provide crisis assessment and intervention when appropriate. Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field. Minnesota licensure as an LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT—or eligibility to practice as a Clinical Trainee in Minnesota. Strong clinical, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Preferred Qualifications LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure in North Dakota. Training or certification in DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR. Compensation $62,400-$85,000 annually, based on licensure and experience. $7,500 sign-on bonus.
