The Perham, MN office of Lakeland Mental Health Center is seeking a full-time licensed or license-eligible School-Based Outpatient Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. Since our inception in 1949, Lakeland Mental Health Center has a long history of providing high quality mental health services to Minnesota's west central region. With five main office locations and over 185 staff members, we are one of the largest community mental health centers in Minnesota. In addition to LMHC's main offices, we provide services in area schools and many off-site locations in a six-county area and beyond. The successful School-Based Outpatient Therapist would provide outpatient therapy services to children in the Perham school setting. Minimum requirements include a Masters degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field. Candidates must be licensed or license-eligible in MN as an LICSW, LMFT, or
