Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews with inmates Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on assessments of needs and functioning levels Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately in health records Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times Apply psychological counseling theory and techniques to provide effective treatment and activities Deliver mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions tailored to inmate needs What You Need Valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license Social security card and driver's license for facility clearance Minimum of 13 weeks relevant mental health experience Strong knowledge of psychological counseling techniques and crisis intervention skills About the Assignment Join a dynamic environment focused on providing critical mental health services in a correctional setting.
