$115.20 Benefits include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on inmate records and interviews Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, medical staff, and social workers Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Make rounds in housing units to assess mental health status Provide counseling and crisis interventions for inmates in need Document findings and treatment outcomes efficiently Ensure compliance with all legal and facility-specific regulations What You Need Valid license as a Psychologist or current board eligibility Prior experience in mental health assessment and treatment preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong understanding of psychological counseling techniques and protocols About the Assignment This full-time opportunity is based at a leading facility in Tutwiler, Mississippi, dedicated to providing quality mental health services in a secure setting.
