Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team throughout your placement What You'll Do Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through review of inmate records and clinical interviews Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs and functioning levels Document all treatment activities and evaluations accurately in health care records Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques in treatment activities Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions as needed Support the mental well-being of inmates within the facility environment What You Need Valid licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Social security card and driver's license for facility clearance Open availability per facility scheduling policy Relevant clinical experience in mental health settings About the Assignment This role involves providing non-medical clinical mental health services, including assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and crisis interventions within a correctional facility.
