We provide in-person and telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, children, teens, and families across Montana. Who We're Looking For We are seeking one full-time clinician for our Bozeman office who is compassionate, dependable, and genuinely invested in helping clients create meaningful change. We are especially interested in a clinician who enjoys working with addictions, children and teens. This may be an excellent fit if you: Enjoy working with individuals, couples, and/or families Value trauma-informed, client-centered care Want a supportive and collaborative clinical environment Are interested in developing or expanding your EMDR skills Value flexibility while maintaining a consistent caseload Want opportunities for professional growth and advancement Position Details 25-30 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours if desired Starting compensation of $45-$75/hour, depending on licensure and experience Opportunity to transition from hourly compensation to salary Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance Tuesday-Saturday availability Some early evening availability No holiday requirement In-person position at our Bozeman, Montana office Benefits & Professional Development Eligible employees receive: 50% employer-paid employee health insurance Employer-paid dental and vision insurance for you and your family Aflac benefits Paid time off Bereavement leave Up to $1,500 annually for continuing education Weekly clinical consultation Weekly supervision/check-ins Professional development support Opportunities for advancement and growth Company-paid EMDR training, to be completed within approximately four months of hire Licensure Requirements We welcome both pre-licensed and independently licensed clinicians who are eligible to practice in Montana, including: PCLC, LCPC, SWLC, LCSW, ACLC, LAC, MFT, and LMFT Candidates must: Hold a master's degree in an applicable mental health field Be appropriately licensed or license-eligible to practice in Montana Be eligible for credentialing with applicable insurance panels Maintain required professional liability coverage Be willing and interested in working with children and/or adolescents Be in good standing with no complaints with the Board of Behavioral Health in MT Preferred Qualifications Preference may be given to candidates with: Experience working with children and teens Experience in working with addictions Experience with couples and/or family therapy Experience providing individual adult therapy Interest or training in EMDR and trauma treatment Existing credentialing with major insurance companies Compensation $45.00-$97.00 per hour , based on licensure, experience, qualifications, and role responsibilities.
