Job Summary We are hiring mulitple candidates who are compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals and groups facing various mental health challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to promote their mental well-being. Duties Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs. Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices. Facilitate group therapy sessions, focusing on shared experiences and support. Offer specialized counseling in areas such as addiction, children, adults, and gender issues. Implement behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's unique situation. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with clinic policies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create integrated treatment plans. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy. Skills Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans. Experience in individual and group counseling, with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy. Knowledgeable in addiction counseling techniques and approaches. Ability to address gender issues sensitively within therapeutic contexts. Familiarity with children/family mental health considerations and interventions. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
