Join us in helping people rediscover the strength already within them. ‍ About the Position We're looking for a compassionate, skilled therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), providing group therapy and clinical support for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. In this Adult Mental Health IOP Therapist role, you'll facilitate group therapy sessions in the morning 3-4 days per week while supporting clients throughout their treatment journey. ‍ Consultation Responsibilities Maintain availability to complete three IOP-related consultations per week Participate in additional consultation services as needed ‍ Additional Clinical Responsibilities Licensed clinicians (LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent) will maintain a small outpatient caseload of approximately 5-10 sessions per week Clinicians working toward licensure will provide coverage for other IOP groups as needed Provide support for our DBT IOP groups ‍ What You Bring Experience facilitating groups and integrating evidence-based modalities into treatment Strong documentation and treatment planning skills Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related mental health field Current mental health license or active pursuit of licensure ‍ Benefits Pay range: $52,000 to $85,000 + bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO 401(k) FSA $500 CE stipend Ongoing clinical, personal, and professional support Company laptop Financial wellness support (Fin Fit) ‍
