Responsibilities Independent contractors may provide:

Comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations Individual, family, and couples therapy Parent consultation Treatment planning Evidence-based psychotherapy within their scope of competence Timely and accurate clinical documentation Coordination of care with physicians, schools, community agencies, and other providers, as clinically appropriate Services may be provided in the office, schools, and/or through telehealth based on the contractor's professional interests, qualifications, availability, and mutually agreed-upon assignments. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Current North Carolina license or associate license (LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, or other qualifying license) Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain before providing services) Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check Preferred Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families Experience with documentation for reimbursement from insurance companies Experience using evidence-based treatment approaches within your area of practice Ideal Contractors We're looking for clinicians who are: Compassionate and client-centered Motivated to build and maintain a successful private practice Organized and dependable Committed to providing high-quality, ethical clinical care Able to work independently while enjoying professional collaboration with colleagues Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation is based on a 60-70% revenue split , determined by licensure, experience, specialty services, and the terms of the independent contractor agreement.
