Job Description

Licensed Child and Family Therapist Pay:
$30.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on licensure and experience Newly licensed clinicians begin at $30.00 per hour.

New Hampshire Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Licensed Therapist for a respected behavioral health organization in New Hampshire. This position provides outpatient assessment and treatment services to children experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges and their families. The organization offers meaningful clinical work, a collaborative team environment, work life balance, and strong education and relocation incentives. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments Develop and update individualized treatment plans Provide individual and family counseling Facilitate group counseling when clinically appropriate Provide referrals, consultation, and education Coordinate services with families, schools, providers, and community partners Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in treatment team meetings and quality improvement activities Provide care using trauma informed and person centered practices Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, or a related mental health field Active New Hampshire LICSW, LMFT, or LCMHC license Newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply At least one year of degree related internship experience under qualified clinical supervision Experience providing therapy to children and families preferred Strong assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills Benefits and Incentives Health and dental insurance 15 vacation days per calendar year Sick time and paid holidays 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions Employer paid life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and long term disability insurance Employee Assistance Program Student loan forgiveness opportunities Relocation assistance of up to $4,000 Master's degree education incentive providing up to $6,000 per year for five years toward tuition costs Healthcare Recruiters International is managing this confidential search.
