$50,000-$60,000 per year Job Description We are seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist to provide outpatient substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health services to individuals experiencing a variety of challenges related to substance use, mental health, and life circumstances. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions Assist clients with developing individualized service plans Complete clinical documentation in accordance with applicable regulations Maintain and update client records in the EMR Assess client needs and provide appropriate referrals to community resources Utilize evidence-based approaches to support clients with substance use and mental health concerns Participate in group interaction, mentoring, and care coordination as appropriate Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health, counseling, social work, or addictions-related field Active New Jersey license as an LCADC, LPC, LAC, LCSW, or LSW At least 1 year of experience preferred, particularly working with clients experiencing addictive behaviors or co-occurring mental health concerns Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic computer and EMR proficiency Knowledge of cognitive behavioral interventions, social learning theory, and group dynamics preferred Strong assessment and evaluation skills Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups
