Job Description

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Spanish Bilingual ABA Therapist to provide part-time, one-on-one services to children with autism in Long Branch, NJ. In this child-centered, collaborative environment, you will implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBAs, deliver structured teaching and play-based interventions, and collect accurate behavior and skills data each session. You will communicate with supervisors, support family training, follow behavior plans and safety guidelines, and participate in ongoing training to grow professionally while helping children build independence and daily living skills. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home, clinic, or community settings Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs Collect, record, and report accurate behavioral and skills data each session Follow Behavior Intervention Plans and reinforcement strategies consistently Communicate progress and relevant observations to supervising clinicians Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a child-centered environment Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the clinical team Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development Maintain client safety and follow clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation in designated systems Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Spanish-English bilingual communication Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Behavior data collection and charting Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) implementation Use of reinforcement strategies Parent and caregiver training support Collaboration with BCBAs and clinicians Basic crisis prevention/de-escalation Electronic health record or clinical documentation
