Parttime ABA Therapist
LOCATION
Newark, NJ
WORK SCHEDULE
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 4-6 or 4:30-6:30 (6 hours/ week)

HOW YOU'LL KEEP US ANCHORED
Provide direct ABA services in individual and group settings. Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Teach skill-acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior principles. Collect and document client data using Rethink Behavior Health. Support clients during treatment and respond appropriately to crisis situations. Maintain accurate records and protect client confidentiality. Collaborate with BCBAs, BCaBAs, families, school personnel, and other professionals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field required. At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or individuals with special needs preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer/technology skills. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and participate in physical activities such as sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, and crawling. Ability to assist with basic client needs, including feeding, toileting, diapering, and dressing when required. Must be at least 18 years old. Successful completion of required background and fingerprint checks. Availability to work varying schedules, including shifts ending as late as 6/6:30 PM.
