The Opportunity As a Licensed Clinician at Garden State Counseling Center, you will deliver high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and groups across a range of presenting concerns. You bring clinical skill, cultural competence, and a genuine commitment to your clients' wellbeing. This role is well-suited for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting and is looking to grow within a practice that takes care seriously. What You'll Do Clinical Services Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations using appropriate clinical standards and ICD-10 coding Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based modalities including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis Provide individual, group, and family therapy addressing trauma, grief, addiction, PTSD, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, gender issues, chronic pain, and other behavioral health concerns Utilize crisis intervention and crisis management protocols to support clients in acute episodes Implement behavior management strategies for clients with developmental or behavioral challenges Deliver services in outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth settings as needed Documentation and Compliance Maintain timely, accurate, HIPAA-compliant clinical records and documentation Participate in intake procedures and coordinate case management activities Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic, coordinated patient care Stay current with ICD coding updates and medical terminology relevant to mental health services
