Position Description:
The Therapist is responsible for performing client care activities as directed by the attending physician, Medical Director, Executive Director, and Clinical Director. They will provide group therapy as ordered by the Clinical Director. Collaborates with the Treatment Team in the formulation of the Master Treatment Plan and assists in coordinating discharge planning.

Ideal candidates will have prior clinical experience in an outpatient mental health program covering attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Masters degree required. The ability to pass a background check and drug test is required. Current CPR card (we can help you obtain this or recertify once you start). Actively participate in Interdisciplinary Treatment Plan meetings. Share pertinent information with the team as obtained from the client's family, or others as indicated throughout the program. Attend daily and weekly staff meetings according to the schedule. Evaluate the impact of therapeutic interventions upon the therapeutic milieu Facilitate group therapy. Perform individual therapy with client/family. Document the assessment of client progress/regress and interventions provided in the medical record, on an ongoing basis. Recognize, respond to and assist in psychiatric crisis situations and provide the necessary intervention. Respond and assist in medical emergency situations as directed and needed. Communicate effectively with clients, staff and physicians. Provide clients with education and instruction on Advance Directives. Attend and participate in monthly Program Staff meetings as scheduled. Adhere to policies and procedures. Perform other duties assigned. Protect the privacy of all client information in accordance with GRNH, LLC's privacy policies, procedures and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with general principle of professionalism as a healthcare provider. Failure to comply with the company's policies and procedures on client privacy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. May access protected health information (PHI) and other patent information only to the extent that is necessary to complete your job duties. The incumbent may only share such information with those who have a need-to-know specific client information you have in your possession to complete their job responsibilities related to treatment, payment or other

Maintain NPI and CAQH profiles, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards and regulatory guidelines. Review, approve, and countersign all required clinical documentation in compliance with established timelines.
