Job Description

Immediate opening for a full time or part time outpatient therapist providing mental health services virtually with 1 day in the office located in Tuckerton, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Duties are as follows but not limited to:
Conduct Assessments:
Evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide Therapy:
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
Develop Treatment Plans:
Create and update treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
Maintain Records:
Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and assessments.
Collaborate:
Work with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, to coordinate care.
Crisis Intervention:
Provide support and intervention during mental health crises.
Psychoeducation:
Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
Supervision:
Participate in regular supervision and case consultation.
Documentation:
Complete all required documentation, including activity logs, progress notes, and intake paperwork.
Teamwork:
Work effectively as part of a team, including staff and families.
Confidentiality:
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Professional Development:
Stay updated with current best practices in therapy and mental health care.
Salary :
Based on education and experience #OCEAN2024
